We are now searching for an Audiologist to join their team, who strives to empower their patients to reconnect with the world around them.
We are searching for a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join their team working in the St. Pauls Metro area. This role primarily involves providing exceptional hearing care services to geriatric patients residing in care homes, assisted living facilities, and through house calls within the St Paul Metro area. Additionally, there will be some time spent in practice in South Minneapolis.
Location: St Paul Metro Area and South Minneapolis
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments for geriatric patients.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and lifestyle.
Provide hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and repairs.
Educate patients and their families on hearing loss, communication strategies, and hearing aid maintenance.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Essential Attributes
Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree or equivalent.
Current state licensure as an Audiologist.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Willingness to travel within the St Paul Metro area and occasionally to South Minneapolis.
Desirable attributes
Experience working with geriatric populations preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
