Practice Overview:

Global Talent Partners have the pleasure of partnering with an independent ENT and Audiology practice located steps away from the pristine beaches of North Carolina's Outer Banks. Founded seven years ago, the practice combines advanced audiology and balance therapy, offering patients a whole-person approach in a scenic, beachside setting. Their mission in the audiology clinic is to help patients regain their balance and hearing, transforming their quality of life. With the upcoming office expansion, they aim to grow our service offerings and patient reach further.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Clinical Audiologist to join the vibrant and expanding team. Reporting directly to the practice owner, this role is highly autonomous, providing the chosen candidate with the freedom to shape and develop the audiology services within the practice. As the sole Audiologist, you'll play a key role in both patient care and strategic practice development, introducing innovative services and enhancing patient offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive audiology services including hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and vestibular testing.
• Contribute to practice growth by expanding audiology services, enhancing patient volume, and advancing our quality of care.
• Collaborate with our in-house physical therapist, client care specialists, and administrative team to ensure a holistic patient experience.
• Take part in patient education, helping clients understand and navigate their hearing and balance treatment options.
• Support practice management in maintaining and upgrading audiological equipment; including integrating new technologies to improve service delivery.

Key Requirements

• Education & Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience as a Clinical Audiologist.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mentality, and a desire for ongoing professional growth.
• Passion for Patient Care: Demonstrated interest in vestibular and hearing disorders, with experience dispensing hearing aids.
• Professionalism: A commitment to high-quality care, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously with collaborative oversight in a small practice setting.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 base salary, potential to earn $150,000 plus with performance bonuses/commission.
• Relocation Package: Available for candidates residing more than 50 miles from the practice.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule.
• Career Growth: Opportunity to lead audiology services in a single practitioner audiology clinic with ongoing support and opportunities for service expansion.
