Position: Audiologist
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: Up to $85k plus commission
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k
PTO: 10 days + federal holidays

Position Overview:

As an Audiologist at our practice, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals with hearing impairments through exceptional audiological care. Our practice is deeply committed to core values that emphasize patient experience and outstanding care, supported by a collaborative and nurturing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and assessments.
• Offer expert advice on the prevention and management of hearing loss.
• Dispense and fit hearing aids, assistive devices, and related accessories.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.

Desired Attributes:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a strong commitment to enhancing patients' quality of life.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Doctorate in Audiology Au.D.
• Current PA state licensure as an Audiologist or eligibility to obtain it.
• Proficiency with audiological assessment equipment and software.
