Title: Clinical Director of Audiology
Location: Lewiston, Maine (relocation package available)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week (flexible)
Salary: $100k p/a + 30k bonus p/a + $25k sign-on bonus
Holiday: 6 weeks

What you'll do

• Clinical Director of Audiology will shape and spearhead the launching of a multi-Audiologist practice in Lewiston, Maine. Live and work within an hour from the coast, the mountains, and lakes regions. Centrally located 40 minutes north of Portland, 20 minutes west of Brunswick, and only two hours north of Boston.
• This is your chance to innovate, inspire, and transform lives in a thriving community. With your visionary leadership, we'll not only enhance patient care but also create a dynamic team that pushes the boundaries of traditional hearing healthcare.
• In Partnership with your administrative dyad partner (Practice Manager) and the leadership team, you'll build operational processes, audiology strategic plan, and budget.
• You'll have direct oversite over clinical practice, quality, patient experience, and will serve as direct supervisor for a team of audiologists.
• Enjoy a balance of direct clinical practice and clinical team leadership.

What you'll Bring

• Master's or Au.D. degree in Audiology required
• Active Audiology licensure and CCC-A certification
• Valid State of Maine License in Audiology or the ability to obtain one
• Two years of experience in audiology required
• Clinical supervisory experience preferred
• Deep commitment to patient-centered, clinically excellent care delivery
