About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Audiologist to join our dynamic team at our ENT practice. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional care to patients with hearing and balance concerns. Working closely with our ENT specialists, you will provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and patient-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Conduct thorough hearing evaluations, including sound field, air and bone conduction, SRT, LDL, MCL, and speech testing.
• Hearing Solutions: Recommend and fit hearing instruments tailored to each patient's unique hearing needs and lifestyle.
• Follow-Up Care: Provide ongoing patient support, including regular check-ups and maintenance care to ensure long -term satisfaction throughout the hearing aid purchase process.
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage assistant staff and maintain a professional work environment.
• Financial Performance: Ensure the clinic meets financial goals and tracking the success of marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• A current license to dispense hearing instruments in Philadelphia (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Previous experience in hearing aid dispensing and/or fitting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain test results clearly to patients.
• A professional demeanor and the ability to manage office operations effectively.
• Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
