About the Role:

As a General Dentist with our team, you'll manage a diverse range of dental cases with the support of a highly skilled team, including front desk staff, assistants, and hygienists. The role offers an outstanding patient base and ample production opportunities, allowing for excellent income potential.


Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and implant services
• Provide patient-centered care, ensuring a positive experience for every patient
• Engage in open communication with staff and patients, contributing to a supportive office environment
• Maintain high treatment acceptance and build lasting relationships within the community


Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: $125k to $220k dependant on experience.
• Incentives: 12-month income guarantee with the opportunity to switch to outstanding collections-based bonus pay once exceeding guarantee amount.
• Additional Benefits: 401(k) with 4% matching after one year, 50% health insurance coverage (opportunities to increase), minimum $2,500 for continued professional development (CPD)


Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Newly qualified dentists are welcome; however, experience is beneficial for higher initial production levels
• Strong alignment with our practice's core values: a commitment to treating patients and staff with respect, maturity, and professionalism


Working Days/Hours:

The role is preferably full-time, with five-day coverage desired. The position can also be available on a part time basis. Most offices operate between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
