Veterinarian

If you are passionate about providing the very best care for pets and excel in client communication, we have a veterinarian position based Ridgely, MD that would be ideal.

The ideal candidate will be focused on client care, value the strong bond between pet parents and their pets, and have a genuine passion for contributing to and fostering relationships within the local community.


Competitive Compensation:

• Earn up to $150,000+ annually.
• 20% production rate.
• Sing on bonus up to $100,000
• No weekends

You need to:

• Provide veterinary care focused on a client- and patient-centered approach.
• Collaborate with the Partner Doctor to support the company's vision.
• Advocate for and deliver high-quality preventive care.
• Act as a role model, upholding and promoting the hospital brand.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of all center equipment.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere for all staff members.
• Promote all available services at the center.
• Maintain a positive and efficient approach to daily responsibilities.
• Assist the Partner Doctor in promoting the pet center within the local community
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, and standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid veterinary license in good standing with the relevant state board.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Client-focused with a proven ability to attract, develop, and retain a loyal client base.
• Strong enthusiasm for utilizing technology to enhance veterinary care and improve the pet-owner experience.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly and navigate uncertainty.
• Certification in Fear Free and HABRI, or a willingness to pursue these certifications.


Ideal candidates should be committed to low-stress handling techniques in animal care, adaptable to various situations, and passionate about working with companion animals.
