Are you a board-certified Internal Medicine Specialist or an experienced residency-trained Internal Medicine Specialist nearing the completion of your residency? If so, we have an exceptional opportunity for you within a specialist referral hospital in Gloucester, Ontario.

Practice/Hospital/Referral Centre Information

Join our busy and growing multidisciplinary hospital that operates from a state-of-the-art 24,500 square foot facility, which includes a 24-hour Emergency Service. You'll be part of a large network of over 300 referring veterinarians from general practices and emergency hospitals.

Departments

Our specialty team includes various disciplines such as Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Dermatology, Cardiology, Oncology, and Ophthalmology, providing comprehensive care to our patients.

Equipment

We are equipped with a full suite of on-site diagnostic imaging, including:

• Toshiba Aquilion 64 slice CT
• 0.25T Vet MR MRI
• Pulsera Fluoroscopy unit
• Philips ultrasound and echocardiogram
• Karl Storz endoscope
• Two Sound digital radiograph suites

Staffing Levels

You'll work alongside a fantastic group of veterinarians in a collaborative environment, including a team of six experienced specialists who support each other and share a commitment to excellence in veterinary care.

Type of Individual Sought

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual who is board-eligible or board-certified in Veterinary Internal Medicine. Candidates must possess strong diagnostic and critical care skills and be willing to mentor interns and technicians.

• ACVIM Small Animal Internal Medicine - American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine
• ECVIM Small Animal Internal Medicine - European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine
