We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a thriving small animal general practice in Berlin, MD. Here, you'll enjoy a flexible, supportive environment with no emergency or on-call duties, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering top-quality care.

The practice is founded and led by veterinarians, you'll have the autonomy to provide care in the way you feel is best for your patients, fostering a workplace that values both collaboration and innovation.

Compensation + Benefits

• A highly competitive salary with new graduates starting at $120,000 and experienced doctors able to earn up to $180,000 base.
• Compensation follows a ProSal model in the 20-22% range
• 3 weeks PTO to start, with increases over time

Job requirements

• Veterinary license in good standing
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Strong client communication skills and a commitment to patient care

• A passion for collaboration and personal growth
• Interest in or willingness to pursue Fear Free and HABRI certification
