I did want to put a sincere plug in for Tom. Not only was Tom an excellent communicator, but he went above and beyond to accommodate & advocate for me, even despite the notable time difference, often causing him to work WELL beyond working hours. He’s been exemplary from the candidate side of things and has spoken volumes about how wonderful it’s been working with Andwell, particularly when compared to other American recruitment consultants. I’m not sure what hiring needs will be necessary in the immediate future, but I just thought you should know how wonderful he’s been and how fantastic he’s been to work/coordinate with.
