I would like to share my wonderful experience with Global Talent Partners as a whole, as well as my interactions with Stephen. I was first contacted by Lawrence via LinkedIn when I left my position and marketed myself as open to work. He was clear in communications, and we quickly set up a call. I talked with him for at least 2 hours discussing many different topics. I stated I would be open to relocating if it were to Colorado. He then referred me to Stephen. 

My interactions with Stephen have been the best from any recruiter I have worked with. Many recruiters are impersonal and that is evident in the constant regurgitated messages on various job platforms. I have received many messages from previous recruiters even trying to hire me for the company I already worked for. Stephen effectively communicated and actively listened to what I was looking for. We built a strong professional relationship where I felt very comfortable sharing details regarding my deal breakers, red flags, and compensation goals. He was paramount in helping me negotiate a fair contract. He stayed on top of the company and frequently checked in on me. He is thorough and I could sense he truly cared about helping me find my dream job. I am happy and settled into my new position and I am grateful to have worked with him. I had such a good experience, that I reached out to him about my veterinarian friend looking for a job and he helped me connect her with Lauren. She too has reported a great experience so far. 

Stephen deserves a serious raise; he is killing the game.
