Diagnostic Imaging Specialist (Board Certified / Diplomate / Residency Trained)

Practice / Hospital / Referral Centre Information

ProvenceVet has been a respected referral practice since 2013, specializing in imaging, surgery, and internal medicine. The clinic is committed to providing high-quality care with a team of specialists in surgery and internal medicine.

Departments

The position can be either part-time (with additional tele-radiology activity possible) or full-time, depending on the candidate's preference.

Equipment

The imaging service is well-equipped with advanced technology, including:

  • Digital radiography unit
  • Canon Applio A ultrasound machine
  • 16-slice CT scan (Canon Aquilion)
  • 1.5T MRI (Canon Elan)
  • Additionally, a 750 m² expansion is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by early 2025.

Staffing Levels

The clinic operates with a collaborative team of specialists, ensuring a supportive environment for all staff and providing comprehensive care for patients.

Type of Individual Sought

We are seeking a candidate who is eligible to practice as a veterinarian in Europe and has a basic understanding of the French language, though being a native speaker is not a requirement. The ideal candidate should be passionate about diagnostic imaging and dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications Required

  • ECDVI board certification or eligibility for ECVDI
  • Must be eligible to practice in Europe

Benefits

  • Competitive net salary of 6000 EUR/month for a full-time position
  • 6 weeks of vacation per year
  • Annual budget of 3000 EUR for congresses and/or training
  • Flexible work arrangements (part-time or full-time)
