This animal hospital has been providing 24/7 emergency care and specialist services in the Newcastle and Hunter region since 2004. With over 100 staff, the purpose-built facility treats more than 10,000 pets each year. The hospital is equipped with triage/consultation rooms, isolation bays, a surgical suite/operating theatre, diagnostic imaging, an on-site pharmacy, pathology lab, and a dedicated lounge for the 24/7 team.

Departments

As an Internal Medicine Specialist, you will collaborate with other specialties, including Surgery, Emergency, and Diagnostic Imaging, to provide comprehensive care for patients.

Equipment

The hospital offers a full range of advanced equipment, including:

  • Custom-designed surgical theatres
  • ICU ward
  • Specialist diagnostic imaging room with CT scan and ultrasound
  • In-house laboratory suite
  • Separate exotics ward and feline-friendly rooms
