Veterinarian

We are seeking a Partner Veterinarian to lead a team and be an integral part of reimagining pet care at a well-established center in New Milford, CT.

• Ensure veterinary care complies with all legal guidelines and standards, and guide associates to do the same.
• Be a role model and advocate for the hospital.
• Mentor associate veterinarians, fostering growth and development.
• Promote and deliver high-quality preventive care.
• Lead the team through efficient patient care and daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients using available technologies (telemedicine, texting, emails).
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and the community.

Competitive Compensation:
• Earn up to $200,000+ annually.
• 22% production rate.
