You'll be joining a veterinary practice established and managed by veterinarians, so they truly understand the specific needs of the team and are dedicated to your success. This allows for an environment where doctors have the independence and flexibility to practice medicine in the way they believe is best for their patients, promoting a culture that encourages both innovation and teamwork

Compensation + Benefits:

• A highly competitive salary with new graduates starting at $120,000 and experienced doctors able to earn up to $180,000 base
• Compensation follows a ProSal model in the 20-22% range
• 3 weeks PTO to start, with increases over time

Job requirements:

• Veterinary license in good standing
• 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Strong client communication skills and a commitment to patient care
• Enthusiasm for incorporating technology into veterinary medicine
• A passion for collaboration and personal growth
• Interest in or willingness to pursue Fear Free and HABRI certification
