Newly created Medical Director role, leading a stable and cohesive team of 6 Associate Veterinarians within a spacious, well-equipped hospital. Salary up to $200,000 with production in addition and no weekend cover.

We are excited to speak with experienced Veterinarians in relation to an excellent career opportunity with this successful and long-established hospital in Roanoke, Virginia. Previous Leadership experience is not necessarily essential, we'd like to hear from you if you have a knack for team leadership and management and have ambitions to shape a hospital into the future.

• 4 or 5 day working week - both an option
• No weekend cover
• No out of hours
• Salary range of $185,000-$200,000
• Sign on bonus / relocation bonus
• 3 weeks paid time off
• $2500 CE allowance
