A dedicated and dynamic Veterinarian is needed to lead a new Urgent Care practice in the vibrant Montgomery County, of Philadelphia. This role is perfect for someone eager to bridge the gap between General Practice and Emergency Careoffering diverse cases without the exhaustion of overnight ER shifts. About the Role

This leadership opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian passionate about urgent care medicine. The practice is designed to provide high-quality medical services during daytime and early evening hours, ensuring pets receive timely care for non-critical conditions. You'll have access to advanced technology, a cloud-based EMR system, digital x-ray, and Antech laboratory equipment to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the Urgent Care team and provide exceptional veterinary care
• Treat non-life-threatening conditions such as wound care, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and similar cases
• Educate and communicate with pet owners regarding treatment plans and urgent care needs
• Work collaboratively within a supportive network of veterinary professionals

Qualifications:

• DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
• Active veterinary license in Pennsylvania
